SERVICE & SUPPORT


A satisfied customer is the best sales man. We, at Bon Systems strongly believe in this saying. That's why, we give huge emphasis to the After Sales Service.
A team of trained and experienced service engineers is set by us to meet our endeavor to have 100% satisfied customer base.

Our service engineers are provided with the rigorous in-house training directly by the parent companies. This training imparts them the expertise and knowledge to handle any type of technical problem in their respective fields.

PERIODIC VISITS
To ensure that the products provided by us work trouble free we send our service engineers onsite periodically during warranty.

ORIGINAL SPARE PARTS
Being the authorized dealer of our parent company, we are provided with the genuine spare parts. Therefore, we always put the original spare parts in repairing and maintenance so as to ensure the optimum life of our products.

AMC's
After the end of warranty period, we undertake AMC for all the products supplied by us at very nominal rates. We also undertake the AMC's of all inverters, Faxes, EPABX's, Telephones of any make or brand weather or not supplied by us.

THE AMC's (Annual Maintenance Contract) are of two types.

NON-COMPREHENSIVE : This AMC provides the customer facility of free repairing and maintenance. Spare parts are charged extra.

COMPREHENSIVE : This AMC provides facilities of free spare parts apart from above for one year.

INCENTIVES
Our customer is our friend. We maintain a give & take relationship with them.
And to thank them, we ought to reward them with incentives. Of all their acquaintances, our customer are asked to give us few references and in case three of them become buyers from us with in a span of one year, we provide free AMC to the customers.
